The V&A Museum

Set within the remarkable surroundings of the V&A Museum, this speaker-led event transformed a historic gallery into a comfortable space for learning, discussion and connection.

Rather than traditional conference seating, the brief called for a more relaxed environment where guests could engage with the content while enjoying the atmosphere of one of London’s most iconic cultural venues. We created a series of lounge-style seating areas using curved velvet sofas, statement armchairs and metallic side tables, carefully arranged to balance comfort with clear sight lines towards the presentation space.

The result was a setting that felt equal parts hospitality lounge and thought-leadership forum, encouraging conversation long after the final speaker had left the stage.
